Above Counter Basins

Basins that sit on top of the benchtop rather than dropping into it, mostly moulded concrete, with a gloss white ceramic option as well. Bowls come in square and round shapes, at sizes such as 400mm across. The concrete basins carry a long colour list that includes Wheat, Clay, Ivory, Custard, Charcoal, Cloud, Mid Tone Grey, Morning Mist, Blush Pink, Lilac, Lilly Pilly, Mint, Copan Blue, Karri, Sand, Slate, Storm, Sky Grey and Teal. An above counter basin adds its full height to the benchtop, so the tap has to be a tall basin mixer or a wall spout: a standard hob mixer will sit too low. The cut out is only for the waste, and concrete is heavy, so the cabinet top has to carry it.
