How does a Design Consultation work?
You'll meet one-on-one with the Repubblica team — in-store or online — to explore your style, your space and your project. We'll guide you through tiles, tapware, layouts and finishes, tailored to where you're at in your renovation, so you leave with a clear plan and the confidence to move forward.
What's the difference between the consultation types?
Each consultation supports a different stage of your renovation — from first gathering inspiration, to planning your space, to finalising selections, to moving fast on a deadline. Choose the one that matches where you're at, and we'll give you exactly the support you need.

Who is the meeting with?
Your consultation is with the family behind Repubblica. As a family-owned and operated business, we'll personally guide you through your tile, tapware and design choices, drawing on years of hands-on renovation and design experience.
What should I bring to the consultation?
Bring along any inspiration images, mood boards or notes on the look you love. If you have floor plans, measurements or room photos, those help too — and you can upload them when you book so we can take a look before we meet.
How much does the consultation cost?
All Repubblica Design Consultations are free.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll help you move your consultation to a time that suits you better.
I'm not in Canberra — can I still book a consultation?
Yes. If you're based anywhere in Australia, you can book an Online Consultation and get the same expert design support from the comfort of your home. Unfortunately we're not able to offer consultations to international customers just yet, as we don't currently ship outside of Australia.
