Can I see the tile before I commit?
Yes. Choose up to 20 tile samples, with five samples per $15 box and free delivery Australia-wide. Compare colour, texture and finish in your own space before making a final decision. Viewing samples in your actual lighting and alongside other materials helps you understand how a tile will feel in the finished room.
Will the colour look exactly like it does online?
Colour can look different across screens and in different lighting. Compare samples beside your cabinetry, tapware and other materials, in morning and evening light, before deciding.
Can I use this tile on floors or in wet areas?
Check the intended application and slip information for the individual product. A floor tile can often be used on a wall, but a wall tile may not be suitable for a floor. Confirm suitability for your installation with your tiler.
Will natural variation affect the final result?
Natural stone brings variation in colour, veining and texture. Compare samples and the individual product guidance to understand the finish before ordering. Discuss the layout and selection with your installer.
Does this tile need sealing or special maintenance?
Marble, travertine, limestone and other natural stone may need sealing and specific care. Read the individual product guidance and speak with your installer before making your final selection.
How much extra should I order for cuts and wastage?
Allow for cuts, the laying pattern and the room’s layout. Use the calculator on the tile’s product page to plan quantities, and confirm the wastage allowance with your tiler before ordering. Book a consultation if you would like help with materials and quantities.
