Indoor Flooring

The Yamba terrazzo tiles are honed and 20mm thick, made in 400 x 400mm and 600 x 600mm. Blends include warm sand, warm blend, roman villa, soft fragment, nutmeg, confetti, ash grey, istria, tuscan, pebble and grey blend, each listed with a medium or a large chip. A 20mm tile is thicker and heavier than a standard porcelain floor, so the floor build up and the door clearances need checking before ordering, and the adhesive bed has to suit the weight. Terrazzo is porous: seal it before grouting so the pigment cannot sit in the surface, then reseal once the grout is cleaned off. Compare the medium and large chip versions side by side, as they read quite differently across a full floor.
