We provide complementary shipping on on all vanities & storage, tapware, showers, accessories, basins, mirrors & lighting, sinks, and hardware. Tiles, stone and bath shipping rates are set out above.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-10 business days to arrive. From time to time there may be issues that arise with the external supply chain. We will keep you updated along the journey.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be updated on your carrier as soon as your order has shipped.

We deliver via forklift truck or electronic pallet jack and tailgate truck. As such we are unable to bring deliveries inside your home. All deliveries are to the closest access point only at the specified address (which may include curb side).

Every Repubblica order is handled with care from our hands to yours. Your tiles and stone are securely strapped and carefully wrapped to protect them from weather and transit, arriving via tail-lift truck or forklift for safe kerbside delivery.

Where possible, our delivery partners may provide a courtesy call prior to arrival. While we recommend someone be on-site to receive and inspect your order, it isn’t essential. If you’re not home, the driver will leave the goods in a secure kerbside location under authority to leave.

We take great care in preparing every order, but as tiles are inherently delicate, we recommend inspecting your delivery within two (2) business days of arrival. This ensures everything has arrived in perfect condition and matches your expectations.

Your tile and stone pallet will arrive securely wrapped in clear film with orange security tape. If the wrapping appears disturbed or removed, please take a quick photo and contact our team so we can assist right away.

As you unpack, check that the finish, colour, size, and pattern align with your order details, and that the quantities and shade numbers are consistent across all boxes.

In the rare event that something isn’t right - whether damaged, faulty, or incorrect our team will promptly arrange an exchange or replacement.
